We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App strictly in accordance with these Terms for your personal, non-commercial (or permitted creative) purposes.

You agree not to use the App:

• In any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• To transmit or create any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or objectionable.
• To attempt to interfere with the proper working of the App, bypass security controls, or inject malicious code or scripts.

• The App stores your designs and preferences locally on your device.
• We are not responsible for loss of your designs or data resulting from app uninstallation, device reset, storage corruption, or operating system updates. We recommend regularly exporting your important artworks to your device’s photo library or external backups.

The App may display advertisements, links, or access services provided by third parties (such as Google Play Services, ad networks, or app store payment systems). We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will function uninterrupted, secure, or bug-free at all times.
• Any defects or errors will be immediately corrected.
• The App will meet your specific creative or technical requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall MyApp Studio, its developers, affiliates, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of data, profits, device damage, or goodwill) arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the App.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. When updates occur, the "Last Updated" date at the top will be revised. Continued use of the App following the posting of any revisions signifies your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
