These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Pretty Her: Period Tracker ("Pretty Her", "the App", "we", "our", or "us").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Pretty Her, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. About Pretty Her

Pretty Her is a personal menstrual-cycle tracking and wellness application. The App may provide features including:

Period tracking
Menstrual calendar
Cycle history
Symptom tracking
Mood tracking
Energy tracking
Sleep tracking
Cycle predictions
Fertility estimates
Ovulation estimates
Trying-to-conceive tracking
Personal cycle insights
Reminders
Data export
Optional partner sharing
Optional integrations with supported health platforms

Features may vary by App version, device, region, and operating system.

Pretty Her is not a medical device, healthcare provider, diagnostic service, or substitute for professional medical advice. The App does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent diseases or medical conditions.

Information provided by Pretty Her should not be interpreted as:

A medical diagnosis
A treatment recommendation
Professional medical advice
A guaranteed fertility prediction
A guaranteed ovulation prediction
A guarantee that pregnancy will or will not occur

If you have concerns about your menstrual cycle, fertility, pregnancy, symptoms, pain, bleeding, or any other health issue, consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional. For urgent or emergency symptoms, seek appropriate emergency medical care.

3. Cycle and Fertility Estimates

Pretty Her may estimate:

Next period dates
Cycle phases
Fertile windows
Ovulation dates

These calculations are based on information provided by the user and available tracking history. Menstrual cycles can naturally vary.

Therefore, predictions may be inaccurate, especially when cycles are irregular, tracking information is incomplete, or circumstances affecting the menstrual cycle change.

Do not rely on Pretty Her's predictions as a method of contraception or as a guarantee of fertility or infertility.

4. User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

Providing accurate information
Reviewing information entered into the App
Keeping your device secure
Keeping your account credentials secure if optional account functionality is used
Deciding what information to share
Seeking professional medical advice when appropriate

Pretty Her cannot guarantee that information entered by you is complete or accurate.

5. Eligibility

You may use Pretty Her only if you are legally permitted to use the App under the laws applicable to you.

If you are using Pretty Her on behalf of another person, you must have the appropriate authority to do so.

6. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Pretty Her for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

Copy the App
Modify the App
Reverse engineer the App
Decompile the App
Attempt to extract source code
Redistribute the App
Sell or sublicense the App
Create derivative versions without permission
Circumvent security mechanisms
Use the App for unlawful purposes

7. User Data

You retain responsibility for the information you enter into Pretty Her. Our handling of personal information is described in the Pretty Her Privacy Policy.

You should regularly back up important information where appropriate. If you delete local App data, uninstall the App, lose your device, or reset your device, information stored only locally may not be recoverable.

8. Optional Cloud Features

If Pretty Her introduces optional accounts, cloud backup, synchronization, or similar functionality, additional terms may apply. Users should review the information provided at the time such features are activated.

Cloud backup should not be considered a substitute for maintaining your own important records.

9. Partner Sharing

If you use partner-sharing features, you are responsible for selecting the person with whom you share information. You should only share information with people you trust.

Pretty Her is not responsible for how a recipient uses information after you choose to share it with that person.

10. Third-Party Services

Pretty Her may integrate with third-party services or platforms. These may include:

Google Play
Google Health Connect
Payment providers
Analytics services
Advertising providers
Cloud providers
Other services required for optional functionality

Your use of those third-party services may also be governed by their own terms and policies.

11. Subscriptions and Premium Features

Pretty Her may offer free and paid features. If premium subscriptions are offered, the price, billing period, renewal terms, and applicable purchase conditions will be shown through the relevant purchase interface.

Subscriptions purchased through Google Play are subject to Google's applicable billing and subscription terms. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions may automatically renew according to the terms displayed at purchase. You can manage applicable subscriptions through your Google Play account.

12. Refunds

Refunds for purchases made through Google Play are generally subject to Google Play's applicable refund policies and procedures. Pretty Her does not guarantee refunds outside rights required by applicable law.

13. Advertising

The App may contain advertising in versions where advertising is enabled. Advertisements may be provided by third-party advertising providers. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, quality, or suitability of third-party advertisements, products, or services.

14. Intellectual Property

Pretty Her and its original software, design, branding, logo, graphics, text, user interface, and features are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except for rights expressly granted under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

15. User Content

If you enter personal notes or other content into Pretty Her, you retain ownership of that content. You grant Pretty Her only the permissions reasonably necessary to provide the features you choose to use.

We do not claim ownership of your personal health records or personal notes.

16. Prohibited Use

You may not use Pretty Her to:

Violate applicable laws
Harm another person
Attempt unauthorized access
Interfere with App operation
Distribute malware
Abuse APIs or services
Circumvent paid features
Exploit security vulnerabilities
Misrepresent yourself
Use the App for unlawful surveillance

17. Availability

We aim to keep Pretty Her functional and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may be changed, suspended, removed, or replaced when necessary.

Certain features may depend on Android, Google Play, Health Connect, internet connectivity, third-party services, and device capabilities.

18. Updates

We may release updates to improve security, performance, compatibility, features, user experience, and privacy. Some updates may be necessary to continue using certain features.

19. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pretty Her is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis.

We do not guarantee that:

The App will always be available
Cycle predictions will always be accurate
Fertility estimates will be accurate
Ovulation estimates will be accurate
Insights will be medically accurate
The App will meet every user's requirements
The App will operate without errors

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pretty Her and its operators will not be liable for losses arising from:

Reliance on cycle predictions
Reliance on fertility or ovulation estimates
Incorrect or incomplete user data
Missed periods
Pregnancy outcomes
Decisions made based on App information
Loss of locally stored data
Third-party service failures
Device failures
Unauthorized access resulting from failure to secure your device

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

21. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims arising from your unlawful use of Pretty Her or violation of these Terms.

22. Termination

You may stop using Pretty Her at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary, including where the App is abused, used unlawfully, or these Terms are materially violated.

Termination does not remove rights or obligations that by their nature should continue.

23. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when the App or applicable requirements change. The updated Terms will include a new "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of Pretty Her after an applicable update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, subject to any consent requirements imposed by applicable law.

24. Governing Law

These Terms are subject to applicable law. Where legally permitted, disputes will be handled according to the jurisdiction applicable to the operator of Pretty Her, while preserving any mandatory consumer protections applicable to users in their country or region.
