PrettyHer: Period Tracker

1. Information You Provide

Pretty Her may allow you to enter information such as:

• Period start and end dates
• Menstrual flow
• Cycle length
• Period duration
• Symptoms
• Mood
• Energy levels
• Sleep information
• Personal notes
• Fertility-related information
• Ovulation test information
• Cervical mucus information
• Basal temperature
• Intercourse information
• Pregnancy test reminders
• Reminder preferences
• App settings

You choose what information to enter. Pretty Her does not require you to provide this information in order to install the App.

3. How Your Data Is Used

Information you enter may be used on your device to provide features including:

• Calculating your current cycle day
• Estimating your next period
• Estimating fertile windows
• Estimating ovulation
• Displaying cycle history
• Creating charts and trends
• Generating personal cycle insights
• Providing reminders
• Allowing you to review information you previously entered

Pretty Her's predictions and insights are based on the information available in the App and are estimates.

4. Local Storage

Pretty Her is designed with a local-first approach.

Where the relevant feature is implemented, information you enter may be stored locally on your device so that core tracking functionality can work without an internet connection.

The App does not need a continuous internet connection for basic cycle tracking.

You should protect your device using appropriate security measures such as a device passcode, biometric authentication, and operating-system security features.

6. Health Connect

If Pretty Her provides integration with Google Health Connect and you choose to connect it, the App may request permission to access specific supported health information.

Depending on the features you enable, this may include menstrual-cycle or other supported health information.

Health Connect permissions are controlled by you through Android. Pretty Her only accesses information for the purposes described to you when the relevant feature is enabled.

You can revoke Health Connect permissions through your device settings. If Health Connect integration is not enabled in your installed version of Pretty Her, this section does not apply.

7. Notifications

Pretty Her may use local notifications for features such as:

• Period reminders
• Cycle reminders
• Fertility-window reminders
• Daily tracking reminders
• Ovulation-test reminders
• Pregnancy-test reminders

You can disable notifications through the App or your device settings. Where possible, notification content can be configured to reduce the amount of sensitive information displayed on your lock screen.

8. Internet Connection

The core tracking functionality is designed to work offline.

Certain optional features may require an internet connection if they are introduced in the App, such as:

• App updates
• Subscription verification
• Optional cloud services
• Optional account functionality
• Optional partner-sharing services
• Support communication

Only features that require an internet connection will use network access.

9. Advertising

If advertisements are displayed in Pretty Her, third-party advertising providers may process certain technical information necessary to display and measure advertisements, subject to their own privacy policies and applicable platform requirements.

Pretty Her does not intentionally provide advertisers with your private menstrual-cycle entries, personal notes, fertility records, or other sensitive health information for advertising purposes.

Where applicable, advertising and consent settings may vary by region. If the version of Pretty Her you use does not contain advertising, this section does not apply to that version.

10. Analytics and Diagnostics

Pretty Her may use technical analytics or crash-reporting services to understand app performance, stability, and general feature usage.

Examples of technical information may include:

• App version
• Device type
• Android version
• Crash information
• General performance information
• Non-sensitive feature interaction information

We do not intentionally include your personal cycle entries, private notes, fertility records, or other sensitive health information in analytics or crash reports.

12. Partner Sharing

If Pretty Her provides partner-sharing functionality, you control whether you enable it and what information you choose to share.

You may be able to select individual categories such as:

• Period predictions
• Fertile-window estimates
• Mood
• Symptoms
• Other selected information

Private notes and other information should not be shared unless you explicitly choose to share them. You are responsible for choosing a trusted person when using partner-sharing features.

13. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information handled by Pretty Her. Depending on the feature and implementation, these measures may include:

• Secure local storage
• Encryption where appropriate
• Secure network connections
• Restricted access to server-side information
• Limiting sensitive information in analytics
• Limiting access to personal information

However, no method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

14. Data Retention

Information stored locally remains on your device until you delete it, uninstall the App, or otherwise remove the relevant data using available device/App controls.

If optional cloud or account functionality is introduced, information stored through those services may be retained until you delete it or request deletion, subject to applicable legal obligations and service requirements.

16. Children's Privacy

Pretty Her is intended for users who are legally permitted to use the App in their jurisdiction.

Pretty Her is not specifically directed toward children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us inappropriately, please contact us so that the situation can be reviewed.

17. International Users

Pretty Her may be used by people around the world. Privacy rights and data-protection requirements vary by country. Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including rights to:

• Delete information

• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

Pretty Her does not sell personal health information. Requests relating to applicable privacy rights may be submitted through the support method made available within the App or on the official support page.

Those providers may have their own privacy policies and terms. Pretty Her does not control the privacy practices of third-party services outside the App.

We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, applicable laws, or our data practices change. The updated version will display a new "Last Updated" date.

If a material change requires additional notice or consent under applicable law, we will provide it where required.
