Features may be added, modified, restricted or removed in future versions.

You are responsible for the files and content that you select, edit, process, save or share through the App.

You must have the necessary rights or authorization to use the images, documents, signatures and other content you process.

You must not use the App to process, distribute or share content in violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.

The App provides tools intended to assist with image and document processing.

Processing results may vary depending on:

• Original file quality
• Image dimensions
• File format
• Device capabilities
• Selected settings
• Available storage
• Processing limitations

We do not guarantee that every image will achieve a specific file size, quality level or visual result.

Image compression and format conversion may reduce image quality.

Lossy formats and compression settings may result in permanent quality changes.

You should retain the original file if you may need the original quality later.

Passport, visa and ID photo features are provided as formatting and preparation tools only.

The App does not guarantee that a generated photograph will satisfy the requirements of a particular government, embassy, consulate, visa application, passport authority or other organization.

Requirements may vary by country, document type and application process and may change over time.

You are responsible for checking the current official requirements before submitting a photograph.

The App does not guarantee acceptance of any photograph.

The Signature Maker creates an image representation of a handwritten signature.

It does not create a legally verified electronic signature, digital certificate or cryptographic signature unless specifically stated otherwise.

You are responsible for determining whether a signature created using the App is legally acceptable for your intended purpose.

The metadata removal feature attempts to remove supported metadata from exported files.

We do not guarantee that every possible type of metadata will be removed from every file format.

Users should independently verify the exported file if complete metadata removal is critical.

Duplicate detection is provided as an assistance tool.

The App may identify exact duplicates and, where supported, visually similar images.

You are responsible for reviewing files before deleting them.

We are not responsible for accidental deletion of files resulting from your actions.

The App may create temporary and exported files on your device.

You are responsible for maintaining sufficient storage space and backing up important files.

We are not responsible for loss of files caused by device failure, operating-system behavior, insufficient storage, user deletion, application removal or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

The App may contain advertisements or use third-party services.

Third-party services may have separate terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, accuracy or policies of third-party services.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful activities.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the App.
• Circumvent technical restrictions or security mechanisms.
• Use the App to infringe copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights.
• Distribute malicious content through files processed by the App.
• Abuse automated or excessive processing in a manner that damages the App or device.

The App, including its software, design, branding, interface, graphics and original content, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, sell or commercially exploit the App except where permitted by applicable law.

Your original images and documents remain yours. We do not claim ownership of content that you process using the App.

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee that:

• The App will always be available.
• Every feature will work on every Android device.
• Processing will always produce the expected result.
• A compressed file will reach an exact target size.
• A passport or visa photograph will be accepted.
• PDF or image conversion will always be error-free.
• Duplicate detection will identify every duplicate or similar image.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

This includes, where legally permitted, loss of data, loss of files, loss of business, loss of profits or other damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the App at any time.

We may also update these Terms when necessary.

The updated Terms will become effective when published.

You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time.

We may restrict or terminate access to the App where necessary to protect the App, users, our services or comply with applicable law.

These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of India, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you under applicable law.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having appropriate jurisdiction in India.
